Note for Students
- Discounted student registration fee only applies to participants having a
student status at the time of the conference and having a conference
presentation.
- To qualify for the student registration discount an ID demonstrating valid
and current student enrolment will be required. Please state the name of your
university. Without stating the university name full registration fee will be
charged.

CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION
Upon receipt of the Registration Form and registration fee a
letter of confirmation will be sent to the participants. Please present this
letter at the Conference Registration Desk to pick up all the conference
materials.
Please note the deadline February 1, 2005 to benefit from the reduced rates.
Registration Forms without payment cannot be processed. Registrations received
after June 4, 2005 will be processed as on-site registration. Bookings for the
various events covered by the registration fee must be indicated on the
Registration Form. In case of fees not being forwarded or credited to the
account of info.com Ltd. by 4 June 2005, a copy of the relevant payment order
certified by the bank should be presented.
NOTE:
Registration received after 6th June 2005 will not be accepted. Please do not
send any Registration Form or payment. You will have the possibility to register
on-site at the Conference venue (at Registration Desk).
CANCELLATION
Registration fees: in the event of receiving notification of
cancellation
- Before May 15, 2005: full refund, less 50 EUR administrative fee
- After May 15, 2005: no refund can be granted
Accommodation and other services Cancellation fees
Cancellations, postponements of, or amendments to reservations must be made in
writing and approved by DC SERVICE Prague (the Conference Accommodation
Organizer). Cancellations, postponements and amendments will result in the
charges outlined below, payable to the Accommodation Organizer. In each case,
the charge calculated according to the Total Price of the reserved accommodation.
The Customer agrees to the following charges in case of cancellation,
postponement, or amendment of the reservation :
- cancellation until April 30,2005 : No Cancellation Charge
- cancellation made between May 1,2005 – May 11,2005 : full charge for one
night’s rate
- cancellation made after May 11,2005: full charge (100 %) of reservation
price
Note: For hotel Holiday Inn are special cancellation conditions:
- cancellation until February 28, 2005 : No Cancellation Charge
- cancellation made between March 1, 2005 – March 31, 2005 : full charge for
two night’s rate
- cancellation made between April 1, 2005 – April 30, 2005 : full charge for
tree nights rate
- cancellation made after May 1,2005: full charge (100 %) of reservation
price
Cancellation fees for all other services (sightseeing’s, tours, transfers,
etc.)
Cancellation or amendment made until May 15, 2005: no cancellation charges
Cancellation made after May 16, 2005 : 60 % of full Customer reservation price
will be charged.
Participants are advised to take out cancellation insurance.
